CCA refers to Copper Clad Aluminum


Copper Clad Aluminum Typical Physical Properties
Copper clad aluminum is a composite wire consisting of an aluminum core clad with ETP copper. Even though the material is 90% aluminum, the wire has high frequency electrical properties equal to solid copper.

CCS refers to Copper Clad Steel

All the GSS cables come with bare copper (pure copper). We do not use CCA or CCS,which will cause voltage drop especially for DC power.
