1.Under "system config", enable "direct overlay" & "de-interlace".
Make sure customer does not see any error message "direct draw error".
then restart the system.
2. We recommend you to use the GeForce VGA cards.
if your card is combo card, please use the card w/ memory > more more 128 M.
