Attached is a snapshot picture of the last 8 channel DVR we bought from you (stand alone), and the picture I had the client take was of the existing issue about 2-3 weeks ago. I spoke with Richie I believe, and he then conferenced me in with the DVR’s tech support guy. Can you please tell me if this is a bad dvr? The Camera 1 keeps going white over the internet.
