Q:We can not log on to anysite of my PDA Samsung Blackjack, the operating system is Windows mobile 5.0.
I use Geovision 8.0
A: If your PDA is Smartphone, then you need to load MS View.
Q:I tried to load PDAViewer - MS View, and it does not allow me to do that.
error message:
"exe is allowing Win 32 operation."
A: Let's start from the very very begining. Remove everything from the computer, uninstall the PDA.
Right click on the MSview and copy the that into the folder in your phone. Open the file in your smartphone and see whether it works.
Q:How do I know whether that file is in my phone.
A: You go to file explore under your phone, and see whether that file is in there. If it is there, please open that file in the phone.
Q: I can not find the file.
A: Please connect your phone to computer again, and make sure that file is in your phone now.
Q:Yes, MSviewer is running here.
A: Type in IP address. If your customer is using 8.01,
DON'T CLICK "Enhance network security"
enable "Create JPEG files"
For the PDA, you need "G View". The requirement for you to do the PDA viewer, you need to config your DVR system properly.
1)Please go to "Network".
2)Please go to "Webcam"
3)Under "Mobile", please enable it.
4)You probably have done the port forwarding in the Webcam. In additional to that, if you want to make your PDA work, please forward Port 8866 to your router.
5)"Enable wireless" and "security protection" should not be checked.
