To reset DVR password
19304, 19308 and 19316/ 19309 and 19317:
Shut down the DVR. Power back on. Press and hold the “auto” button after the 2 beep sound. Wait until a long beep sound. Power down and power up the unit, whole unit is reset including the password (to factory default).
MP DVR:
Super master password: “ SEARCH->PLAY->PLAY->STOP->STOP->SEARCH”
JP DVR:
Super master password: [STOP] --> [PLAY] --> [STOP] --> [SEARCH] --> [P/T] --> [PIP] -->[1] --> [2] --> [ENTER]
19811/19810:
Under live view, press “pause” five times. Reset to factory default password.
