This issue can be resolved thru upgrade to our latest version V8.12.
The abnormal audio was cause by the driver's compatibility with V7.05. The latest GV software version is V8.12, GV made the new combo card V2.01 to directly have the new firmware driver to support the new software. The new driver is for version 8 or above, so the abnormal audio will be resolved if you upgrade to V8.12.
