What kind of modem we need to use so we can send alarm messages through the phone line?

Here is the list for the supported modems. Other modems most likely will work as well but since we never tested them, we can’t guarantee.
These are the modems we had tested and made sure working.
GeoVision product supports most of modem manufacturers, those modems (external modem only) use following chipsets:
1. ZyXel chipset (external modem only)
2. Lucent chipset (external modem only)
The following models were also reported working well with GeoVision system.
1. ZyXel Omni 56k Modem
2. LEMEL MD-56k Modem
3. APOLLO External Fax Modem 56k
4. 56k Lucent External Modem (Computer Associates)
5. Aztech 56k External Modem
6. DSI (Digicon systems) DI3635-1 with Creative Modem
7. DSI (Digicon systems) DI5655 with Creative Modem
8. Pine Group FM-3711 Modem
9. Rockwell 6793 PCI Modem
10. Triplex Spade2 Dual Mode modem card (PCI card)
